Terms & Conditions

Summary of our Terms & Conditions

  • Who we are – Master Security Pty Ltd (ABN 55 646 069 810 supplies CCTV, intruder-alarm, access-control, intercom and networking systems to homes and businesses across Sydney.

  • Quotes & scope – Quotes stay firm for 30 days. Hidden site issues or client-requested changes become paid variations.

  • Payment – 40 % deposit, 50 % on delivery of gear, 10 % at hand-over. Service calls: 7-day terms. 10 % p.a. interest on overdue accounts and we may suspend work if invoices aren’t settled.

  • Ownership – We keep title to all equipment until everything is paid. We may register a PPSA security interest.

  • Warranty – 24-month workmanship warranty; hardware covered only by the maker’s warranty. Misuse or third-party damage voids cover.

  • Maintenance & monitoring – Ongoing service, monitoring and cloud subscriptions are billed separately; early-exit fees apply if you cancel long-term plans early.

  • Liability cap – We’re not insurers. Total liability is limited to the fees you’ve actually paid us; no cover for lost profits, data or business interruption.

  • Client responsibilities – Provide safe access, power, internet and any permits; keep passwords secure; comply with NSW surveillance & privacy laws.

  • Force majeure & dispute resolution – No liability for delays beyond our control. Disputes go to mediation in Sydney before court action.
